Today I Petitioned the National Assembly to REFRAIN from APPROVING the Appointment of Keriako Tobiko as Cabinet Secretary based on his record as a man who DEDICATED his life to DESTROYING World HERITAGE Maasai Mara by supporting Land GRABBERS as a Lawyer and as Director of Public Prosecutions.
He also used his office punitively to Punish those who hurt his ego or threatened his DESIRE for SELF-AGGRANDISEMENT through MALICIOUS prosecutions CONTRARY to the Constitution.
Article 157 Section 11states;. The Director of Public Prosecutions in exercising the powers conferred by this Article, “SHALL” have regard to the public interest, the interest of the administration of Justice and the need to PREVENT and AVOID ABUSE of the LEGAL PROCESS.
I can aver without any FEAR of CONTRADICTION Tobiko NEVER RESPECTED his Office. He CORRUPTLY abused it Left, Right and Centre.
People die today in Narok and millions of economic LOSSES suffered due to man-made calamities caused like destruction of Maasai Mara Forest in which Tobiko encouraged as a Lawyer and as Director of Public Prosecutions.
Many people have died as a result of High Blood pressure for fear of being paraded is courts especially those who could NOT pay tens of millions in BRIBES demanded by a CORRUPT criminal justice system involving prosecutors, judges, magistrates and police officers. Others have died in floods after forest destruction and environmental degradation.
RESPECTABLE men and women, MPs, Parastal CEOs and Chairs have succumbed to DEATH or paid BRIBES that have risen from Ksh 5 million some years ago then to Ksh 10 million to Ksh 100 and over as CORRUPTION figure deals rose to billions of shillings.
Those that paid bribes to avoid trials in corruption deals MUST for ever live in SHAME.
So profitable is CORRUPTION that millions are available to BUY any Cabinet office.
I make special appeal to victims of criminal justice system CORRUPTION and EXTORTION in recent years to petition Parliament and/or contact me over their plight and their privacy will be RESPECTED.
Kenyans must say ENOUGH is ENOUGH to CORRUPTION.
The first line in fighting CORRUPTION is to say no whenever tempted to give or take it. Whatever amount you give or take has the affect of pricking your conscience whenever you remember the incident whether it is to win a tender, escape prosecution or traffic offense. Corruption is a major cause of socio-economic deaths in Kenya by depriving citizens drugs and equipment in hospitals, safe roads, cheap farm inputs, clean water and many other amenities they pay taxes for.
When you give or take bribes you contribute to deaths of your fellow Kenyans.
