Raila has declared himself a Jimmy-come-lately warlord by launching the ill-defined National Resistance Movement that has distanced him from western governments support except for renegade regime-change hostilities global-monger George Soros who a few months ago invited him to the Unites States only to receive a cold shoulder from Donald Trump government. A disoriented Raila returns to Kenya overcome by unprecedented international humiliation and disappointment

During the run up to 2007 General Election, Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) led by Raila Amolo Odinga Think Tank met at Hotel Boulevard in Nairobi and mapped out what would eventually be the saddest chapter in Kenya’s post independence history.

The same Think Tank has revisited the evil architecture of national destruction and is determined to dismember the country known as Kenya since its founding by the British colonialists in 1920. Some young hot-blooded ODM/NASA loyalists are baying for blood with calls for secession to isolate some communities in a manner that can yield ethnic massacre that would make 2007 mass action 1,500 deaths a walk in the park.

Raila has declared himself a Jim come lately warlord by launching the ill-defined National Resistance Movement that has distanced him from western governments support except for regime change hostilities-monger George Soros who a few months ago invited him to the Unites States only to receive a cold shoulder from Donald Trump government. A disoriented Raila returned to Kenya overcome by unprecedented duress.

In September 2007 an executive confidential brief of ODM Think Tank meeting entitled “Positioning and marketing of the ODM and the People’s President, Hon. Raila A. Odinga”, put in place an elaborate strategy that was implemented during pre-election activities and post election Mass Action bloodshed to the letter.

The ODM think tank recommended the following plan of action released on September 8, 2007.

  1. The Grand Entrance

As earlier agreed, in order that our candidates commence with impact, it is necessary that he exit Kenya to lay foundation for a grand homecoming similar to Matiba’s in 1992 and Kibaki’s in 2002. Whereas the party has identified areas such as Nigeria and the Middle East as regions of interest, it is recommended that the candidate focus on Europe and the United States (where the Diaspora is active) for this purpose. A lengthy absence will starve the country of Hon. Raila and stimulate an outpouring of adoration that will take us to victory.

The same “Grand entrance” is planned by ODM using the NASA platform after last week’s catastrophic Raila trip to the United States where he met no US government official of substance. The US government had no business with a man whose party chairman John Bandi declared NASA did not recognise the country’s envoy to Kenya, Robert F Godec, because he had been compromised by the Jubilee government. The statement by Bandi on Kenya’s national television networks was made on the first day of Raila’s arrival in the United States.

  1. Kikuyu Alienation

Owing to this strategy’s success during the 2005 referendum, it is the party’s position it should be utilized once more for the General Election. There is an overwhelming feeling among the non-Gema communities that the Kikuyu are selfish bigots dedicated to a tribal hegemony who will never share the spoils of government with other communities. Underpinning this strategy is the blessing that the ODM campaign has able regional point men in Mudavadi, Ruto, Balala and Ntimama who can efficiently galvanize their respective communities around the anti-Kikuyu initiative.

Glamorous Mount Kenya in central Kenya lends its name to the Republic of Kenya

Concurrently, every effort must be made to undermine Kalonzo in order to prevent him from emerging as an alternative avenue for anti-Kikuyu sentiment. In this regard, particular caution should be placed on regions such as the Rift Valley Province (RVP), where Kalonzo has the potential of attracting some of our votes. Anti-Kikuyuism must be reinforced with promises of jobs and economic gains to key players from every community supporting this initiative.

This time round ODM under the guise of NASA is still holding Kalonzo in abeyance but has boldly isolated five so-called Gikuyu, Embu and Meru (GEMA) all known to Raila as Kikuyu to be contained in the Central Republic of Kenya, while the other 42 Counties are being  encouraged secede into so called Peoples Republic of Kenya. How those counties can use the name “Kenya” which is borrowed from Mount Kenya within the 5 isolated counties can only be scripted in a fool’s comedy show.

It is said that the world’s most acclaimed genius Albert Einstein’s famously said: “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” That is a quotation that seems to escape the notice of ODM Think Tank when it comes to pleasing their leader Raila.

  1. The Class Factor Issue

It is possible to trigger a class war by painting the Kibaki government as an insensitive, uncaring group of Muthaiga Golf clubbers. Available research also suggests that this strategy could also resonate with poor Kikuyu youth who feel economically marginalized by their own government. As part of this strategy, the party should seek to elevate emotions within all youth constituents who may, if successful, be willing to vote for us in protest. Visible signs of class disparity will provide important fodder for this theme.

Again isolating the Central Kenya Counties is a classic example of creating a class war in which residents of central Kenya will be viewed as the exclusive beneficiaries of the central government since independence. ODM politicians are telling Kenyans that the country has been dominated by only two tribes but targeting the Kikuyu as the sole community to carry the cross to hoodwink the expansive Rift Valley terrain with large population of former President Daniel arap Moi Kalenjin population.

  1. Pro-West

It is absolutely essential that throughout this campaign, Raila remains aligned to Western countries (such as the United States) in order to take advantage of the deteriorating relationship between them and Kibaki. ODM can expect both financial and political support particularly from the United States.

That position is a dream today after Raila declared formation of National (read Nyanza) Resistance Movement (NRM) after withdrawing from the repeat presidential election held on October 26th which former US envoy Johnnie Carson says was a “fatal miscalculation” the ODM leader . He says Raila can no longer be considered a person of peace and the United States Institute for Peace can no longer support him.

  1. Pull All Plugs

This being the contest of a lifetime, the party should employ all available means to ensure a victory. Subterranean campaigns will therefore form a critical component of our activities. Corruption in the Kibaki Government, the mess of Kibaki’s domestic situation and the soap opera of the Artur brothers provide ready material for this war.

ODM clothed as NASA is now engaged in Subterranean campaign of demonizing Kenya family Brookside dairy firm claiming that its money was used to fund Jubilee candidate Uhuru Kenyatta presidential election as if Raila was barred from using finances from his family East African Spectre or Kisumu Molasses – whose Methanol was accused by former NACADA chairman John Mututho as the main cause of deaths of hundreds of youths in central Kenya – perhaps to reduce the Kikuyu population.

Raila has yet to tell Kenyans how much they contributed in Safaricom Pay Bill 991444 towards his bid in the repeat election, which he refused to participate in knowing fully well his perennial lies of his victories being stolen would be exposed by his 5th defeat.

  1. The Media

Since 2005, the Orange team has maintained intimate contacts across all media. Even though a number of senior media managers are active in our campaigns, we should establish the strongest Media Centre possible, manned by local and international experts. Indeed, we must approach this issue with the understanding that victory in the media war could very well mean victory at the polls.

ODM links with Media houses in Kenya has never been better except for an incident involving his traditional supporter SK Macharia’s Royal Media Group staff attack by ODM hooligans. The incident prompted Macharia to apologize to Kenyans for having supported Raila’s presidential bid.

  1. Identify the Fixers

There is no doubt that the key regional point men are invaluable to this campaign as without them the whole thing could tumble. In order to insulate the Candidate from attacks on his person, not all advertising and campaign efforts should be focused on him. At the same time, all possible efforts should be used to retain discipline among the party leadership, including reminding them of their vulnerability.

The ODM has since adopted violence as its tool of communications across the board from village markets to County Assemblies and even in the highest legislative institution – Parliament as a prelude towards secession. Such a move could see Kenya following the Zimbabwe way by military intervention to clean up politicians seeking power and wealth at the expense of the national socio-economic security and stability.

  1. Funding

Tap into pledged funding from external donors including the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Venezuela, Libya, the Democratic Republic of Congo, as well as individuals/institutional caucuses such as the GTZ Network, Cyril Ramaphosa, the Deya Ministries and US Republicans, among others.

Raila is today being accused to be calling for boycott of goods and services of some companies because they refused to finance his election. That is not surprising ODM collects billions of shillings from contribution by every Luo politic1an elected on its ticket, professionals, professors and academic staff many of them with spies planted in their homes. Other contributors include business people including self-employed cobblers eking a living under very difficult. That money never reaches to the party bank account.

In 2007 plot the ODM circulated the strategic plan of action intended to lead to its victory three months before the elections.

The plan, inter alia, laid out the following:

  1. Rigging: Prepare the ground for rejection of unfavourable results.

(ii)      Increase interest in monitoring activities to ensure no rigging happens.

(iii)    Deflect attention from ourselves should opportunities be available to manipulate voter turnout in our green areas.

(iv)     The ODM party would use the media for;

  1. Press conferences.
  2. TV/FM radio call-in shows.

(v)      Send out petitions to embassies and ODM- friendly NGOs.

(vi)     Public rallies.

(vii)   Ethnic tensions/violence as a Last Resort to discourage voter participation in hostile areas.

(viii) Continue pro-Majimbo utterances – now devolution being frustrated by Jubilee government through withholding funds to Counties.

(ix) Use ODM agents on the ground to engineer ethnic tensions in target areas. Such ethnic tensions degenerated to the massacre of over 1,500 innocent Kenyans and internal displacement of over 3.4 million Kenyans comprising 650 families.

(x) Support Kapondi’s forces in Mt Elgon.

(xi) (Hate) leaflets targeting Kikuyus, Kisiis, etc.

A few weeks to the polling day, ODM unleashed a barrage of SMS messages to “warn” Kenyans that the Kibaki government was out to rig the elections. The following are samples of some of the mobile phone messages.

  1. Michael Kairu a director of a printing firm PRINTFAST is in the UK to collect samples of ballot papers from an ECK comm. And deliver the same to a security printer in BELGIUM for production of parallel ballot papers to be used in rigging the forthcoming general elections. This is under supervision of Hon Michuki, Cyrus Gituai PS Prov admin, J Makumi Director of admin cop, a Mr Kirubi DS OP govt friendly officers at govt press and Gideon Moi. Watch out.

The SMS was sent out on November 28, 2007. No evidence of such ballot papers was produced before or after the elections.

  1. FW Maina Kamanda, Stanley Livondo, AP Commandant Kinuthia Mbugua & Mr Cyrus Gituai are at the moment at AP training school Embanks planning with GSU – (Sent out on 26th December 2007).
  2. Marked ballot papers are heading for Nyanza from Wilson Airport by KWS plane No. 5Y KWT. Carried to airport by Sprinter car No KBA 875C – (Sent out on 26 December 2007). No evidence of such ballot papers was produced before or after the elections.
  3. Peugeot GK A279M, Toyota KAK 520B & Land Rover GK 570M at this moment loading marked ballot papers @ Embakasi. Their destinations are not known yet. Sambaza. (Sent out on 26 December 2007).

The alleged ballot papers never appeared in the polling stations, let alone ballot boxes. ODM however claimed that some stuffed ballot papers had been found several days before the elections. Only ODM can tell the world where the said ballot boxes and the papers, if any existed, emanated from!

Prior to the elections leaflets were being distributed warning Kikuyus and Kisiis that they would be evicted from the Rift Valley and Nyanza provinces. Killings in the Rift Valley started long before the election results were announced.

Similarly leaflets were distributed warning non Maasai would be evicted from Kajiado following a meeting in which Raila urged the Maasai aliens who had bought land there. The leflets warned Kikuyu, Kisii and Kalenjin living in Kajiado of their Doom’s Day after elections.

Raila Amolo Odinga, Najib Balala and William Ruto were crisscrossing the country preaching they would form a Majimbo government should ODM win.

The ODM torchbearers were also telling Kenyans to reject “rigged” elections long before the real elections were held.

The ODM campaign culminated in the post-election violence, with disastrous results for Kenyans. The post-election violence provoked commensurate violence from the police and militias such as Mungiki as mayhem reigned supreme for three weeks early 2008.

ODM/NASA is prodding the Kenyan Nation along the same Valley of Death today.
